Ajman
Ajman Offshore: real costs, licences and review
A low-cost offshore holding vehicle. No visas, no UAE trading.
Estimate. Ajman Offshore does not publish a full price list. This figure is our own estimate rather than a rate confirmed by the authority: treat it as an order of magnitude and ask us for a firm quotation.
Our view
Ajman Offshore is a non-resident holding company: cheap to form and maintain, with no visa entitlement and no ability to trade inside the UAE. It is used for international holding and asset segregation.
It does not give you UAE tax residency. If you are exploring Dubai for tax reasons, this is not the right product: it is not a route to a tax-residency certificate.
