Our view
Ajman Offshore is a non-resident holding company: cheap to form and maintain, with no visa entitlement and no ability to trade inside the UAE. It is used for international holding and asset segregation.
It does not give you UAE tax residency. If you are reading about Dubai for tax reasons, this is not the product you want — and any adviser offering it as a route to a tax-residency certificate is misleading you.
