What we provide
Company formation and related administrative services in the United Arab Emirates. We act as your agent in dealing with free zone authorities.
What we do not provide
We are not a law firm or a tax adviser. Nothing we publish or say constitutes legal or tax advice, and you should obtain independent professional advice in your own jurisdiction before acting.
Banking
We cannot and do not guarantee that any bank will open an account for you. Account opening is decided solely by the bank’s compliance function. Fees for banking support cover preparation and introduction, not an outcome.
Express licence (“Your licence in 24 hours”)
The 24-hour label refers to the issuance of the trade licence and nothing else. It is not a commitment that your company will be operational, that a visa will be issued or that a bank account will be opened.
The 24-hour period runs from validation of your complete application and not from first contact, and it assumes an eligible applicant and documents that are complete and accurate.
Eligibility for an express licence is determined by the free zone authority, including any limit to a single shareholder, any list of approved nationalities and any requirement that the filing be made by a holder of an Emirates ID. We cannot override those rules and we do not guarantee that you will qualify.
Residence visas, medical tests, Emirates ID and banking are separate services. They are not included in the express licence and are not covered by any time commitment, ours or the authority’s. The timescales we quote for them are typical, not promised.
Estimates and quotes
Figures produced by our calculator are indicative estimates. Only a written quote issued for your specific case constitutes an offer, and it is valid for the period stated on it. Free zone authority fees are set by the authorities and may change.
Your obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you give us, and for complying with the tax and exchange-control laws of your own country.
Names and trademarks
The names and trademarks of the free zones and of the UAE authorities belong to their respective owners. They appear on this site for information and comparison, and imply no affiliation, endorsement or partnership unless we state one expressly and by name.
