Our view
Masdar City was built as a sustainability demonstrator and licenses clean energy, environmental technology and sustainability consulting alongside a broader commercial list. Pricing sits well below comparable Dubai zones and it allows remote incorporation, which makes it good value for a company with a sustainability story.
