International Free Zone Authority: real costs, licences and review
The default choice for consultants and small trading companies that want speed and a low entry price.

Our view
IFZA relocated from Fujairah to Dubai Silicon Oasis in 2021 and has since become the highest-volume free zone in the consultant channel. It is built around a partner network rather than direct sales, which means almost every package is sold through an agent — pricing is therefore negotiable in a way that DMCC or DIFC pricing is not.
The practical appeal is simple: no physical office requirement on the base package, a licence issued in a matter of days, and a dual-licence option that lets you add activities without a second entity. IFZA is a value zone: it is not the first name that conservative corporate banks or some European counterparties look for, so expect to explain your activity clearly.
For a solo founder invoicing consulting or digital services from outside the UAE, IFZA is usually the right economic answer. If you need institutional banking from day one, DMCC or DIFC may suit you better.
